Essential workers are facing unique challenges during COVID 19 pandemic.  Do you know any essential workers?

Not only health care professionals but many others like grocery workers, post office staff, drivers delivering food, and many others are also essential workers. They need to continue to expose themselves to the risk of infection to keep the society functioning. 

How can these essential workers cope with the fear of illness and other stresses they face?
