Diane’s Story Dianne initially turned to yoga due to frequent back pain, which hindered their ability to engage in her usual physical exercises. Despite concerns about weight gain, she discovered that yoga not only helped maintain her physical well-being but also had a positive impact on her mental state. As she continued practicing yoga, she increasingly benefited from incorporating visualizations into their sessions. This led her to explore meditation, mindfulness, and other related practices, which naturally became an integral part of her routine over time.
