Dianne is a yoga instructor who strives to balance the physical poses with the other limbs of yoga in order to promote a healthy body, mind and spirit. She has written a book of visualizing actions that can be used with yoga or as guided meditation without yoga.
Diane’s Story
Dianne initially turned to yoga due to frequent back pain, which hindered their ability to engage in her usual physical exercises. Despite concerns about weight gain, she discovered that yoga not only helped maintain her physical well-being but also had a positive impact on her mental state. As she continued practicing yoga, she increasingly benefited from incorporating visualizations into their sessions. This led her to explore meditation, mindfulness, and other related practices, which naturally became an integral part of her routine over time.
