Katie is a two-time TEDx speaker, a professional member of National Speakers Association, and an Accredited Master Trainer and Certified Practitioner in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) . She also has additional training in trauma, quantum, and picture EFT. Whether in person or online, Dr. Nall shows others how to dissolve their WAFFLES – worry, anxiety, fear, frustration, lethargy, exhaustion, and stress. A careless housekeeper and worse cook with no desire for rehabilitation, she somehow is still married to the same person for over 49 years.

Katie’s Story
A late-in-life doctoral student, Katie Nall earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from Florida Institute of Technology just before her 60th birthday while working full-time at a local community college. Dr. Nall is still employed full-time at the college, teaching several mathematics courses and providing lecture and training for college-sponsored events.

During her research on ways for students to excel in Mathematics (especially adults returning or starting college), Dr. Nall was particularly interested in helping students overcome fear, phobia, and stress related to math class and math tests. In 2010, she learned of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping) and began offering the process to students who were open to the different approach. Students reported they passed math class, earned 100% on a math exam, and found math easier.

It was at this time that she began serious training in EFT and became a Certified Practitioner in EFT. Dr. Nall now shares this knowledge not only with math students, but with others who struggles with stress, fear, phobias, and anxiety.

How To Dissolve WAFFLES (Worry, Anxiety, Fear, Frustration, Lethargy, Exhaustion, Stress) Using EFT

  1. Identify WHAT is causing your WAFFLES
    2. Determine WHEN the problem last occurred
    3. Rate the severity of your WAFFLES from 1-10 (10 being the most severe)
    4. Identify WHICH AREA IN YOUR BODY the problem manifests
    5. Do the TAPPING TECHNIQUE (Download Katie’s gift below to know more about the tapping points)
  2. Repeat the process until you feel a sense of relief
