Dr. Uma is a Harvard trained psychiatrist, Professional Chef, and a Nutrition Specialist. Her book “This Is Your Brain on Food” is getting released next month. She is a medical pioneer in Nutritional Psychiatry, the Director of Nutritional and Lifestyle Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, and a faculty member at Harvard Medical School.
