2:38 min:. Are there things that triggered your anxiety or depression?

2:53 min: How is it impacting your overall life?

3:34 min: 3 Levels of Prevention

Primary prevention: when there is no imminent problem

Secondary prevention: when there is a little problem. You are at risk, but symptoms are not severe.

Tertiary prevention: when you are having the illness, then you take the steps to prevent it from getting worse.
