In this video, I discussed the different aspects of being a leader.
Here are some of my key takeaways from this episode:
A leader is someone who is compassionate. He is a person who cares about the people who follow. He knows the difference between right and wrong and isn’t afraid to stand up for what’s right. A leader isn’t just anyone; it takes strength of character and honesty, both in private and in public.
A leader is someone who is visionary. If a leader is someone who dreams of an outcome and takes action to achieve it, then this leader is truly visionary. He can envision the future of his organization and make plans to reach it.
A leader is someone who directs. Leaders should be clear-headed and self-confident, enthusiastic and confident, sympathetic to others, fair, honest and compassionate. They receive their power from the confidence of those they lead.
A leader is someone who is accountable. He takes the time to listen, and to make sure that his team knows how they are doing, not just in their work, but in what they’re learning from life. Leaders should represent their company in a positive light, employees feel confident about its future performance.
