You’re productive — but constantly tired
Your focus isn’t what it used to be
Small things feel more overwhelming
You push through — but recovery takes longer
You’re successful… yet mentally drained

Your cortisol rhythm may flatten or spike at the wrong times
Your nervous system stays in survival mode
Your sleep becomes lighter or more fragmented
Your energy crashes feel harder to recover from

For 26 years as a psychiatrist, I’ve sat across from patients day after day.
I’ve seen what unmanaged stress can do not just to individuals, but to families.
Broken marriages. Struggling children. Depression. Anxiety. Addiction. Heart attacks. Strokes.
Stress rarely explodes overnight.
It accumulates quietly until the cost becomes undeniable.
That’s why I feel a deep responsibility to help people before they reach those severe stages.
Over the years, I’ve noticed something important:
Not everyone responds to stress the same way.
Which is why recovery cannot be one-size-fits-all.
When strategies are aligned with your specific biology (how your body processes stress, restores energy, and regulates emotion), burnout becomes preventable, not cyclical.
My hope is that you can become the very best version of yourself — not only so you suffer less and enjoy more, but so your wellbeing positively impacts the people around you.

Now that you’ve seen the proof and the hundreds of mission-driven coaches like you who’ve gone on to change countless lives from within the Coach’s Secret community, I only have one more question to ask:
Will you be next?...
