So let me share some of my favorite lines from this interview:

To feel like you have way too much on your plate and how can you possibly put anything else on your plate? That is a very normal thing.” – Julie Bee

I think in general we individuals were more resilient than we give ourselves credit for. And sometimes you just when you’re going through a hard time, sometimes you need to be reminded of just how resilient you’ve been in the past.
– Julie Bee

The point is that you are always making the choices and you, by choosing one thing, you’re automatically saying no to the other thing. And so make intentional choice that I say like say if you’re saying no, make intentional no. When you’re saying yes, make intentional yes. And not just habitually saying yes to everything. Because I’m afraid of letting people down or my afraid of failing or I’m afraid of being looked down upon. Say no, intentionally so. So you can say yes to your ongoing ability to continue to serve.
