So let me share some of my favorite lines from this interview:

“Before doing anything, let’s say, you’re studying for a test, say: ‘I want all of these ideas, these thoughts, this learning, this knowledge that I’m getting to be deposited into my memory bank.’ ”
-Dr. Hank

“If you don’t like something, say it one time. And if you really like something, say it five times so you increase your positivity rather than the negativity.”
– Dr. Rozina

“When we are in the best mental state of mind, our ability to focus and to remember things improve. Because memory is not just remembering what happened. It’s a three-step process: what you observe gets stored in your brain-computer, and then you store it in an organized way so that when you need it, you can go to that file and pick it up. But when you are all this disorganized and your thoughts are all over and you are so negative, then what you’re observing does not sink in and it does not get stored in the right place, so when you’re trying to look for it, you can’t find it.”

– Dr. Rozina
