For me, it was writing down my commitment that this is what I want to do and this is where I want to read so that I’m able to handle all the stressors that are coming in my life.”

“When you see something doesn’t work, you remove it from your game plan and then you see something work. You do more of it or less so that you plan around already and start adding more things or less. Things depend on that. You have to analyze and you have to start taking action.”

“To everybody who is tuned in right now, guys, I want you to understand. I want you to really forgive yourself, no matter what you’ve done in the past. I want you to know that you are a beautiful human being. You are a miracle. We all came here and we have our purpose in life and it’s not indulging in the food. It’s not killing our bodies. And I want you to really start taking action because that’s what separates successful people. So what separates successful people from those who are not achieving success is to start taking small actions. If I can leave you with the very last word, that would be the one. Forgive yourself. Start taking action right now..”
