When we want to accomplish something, we sometimes have the most energy to set our intentions at the beginning. However, there are times when we lose ourselves in the process of achieving our goal.

  1. Here are some of my key takeaways from that episode:

    1. Write down your goals. The act of writing down your intentions will serve as a reminder that you need to do something one step at a time. It will also help you stay focused on your priorities throughout the day.
  2. Develop the habit of gratitude. Being thankful for every small or big thing that you have in your life will help you increase your positive emotions. Thus, it attracts more motivation for you to have good experiences, improve your health and build stronger relationships.
  3. Envision that your goals are happening. Having a clear vision of your goals will help you prepare your mind and your body to live a successful and happy life. In addition, it helps you stay on track in fulfilling your intentions.
