So let me share some of my favorite lines from this interview:

You have to let go of the thought that’s stressing you out or you’re never going to get there.”

– Monty Ritchings

When you are in a stressful situation, one of the things that you can do is break that cycle because you know, the stress is causing the body to react. The body is causing further stress and you’re kind of stuck in that cycle. And if at all possible, kind of excuse yourself and kind of get out for a second so that you can take those deep breath in.
– Monty Ritchings

“Stress is always caused in your mind this, the stress is stimulated by something that has is external, but the stress is always motivated from your mind because your, your ego which, which is the, the part of your body that holds the rules for your life is having an issue with what it’s seeing.”

– Monty Ritchings
