1. Making an achievement list can optimize your confidence. List down all your wins for a day using the statement “I am grateful I was able to learn…” This can help you boost your confidence and would allow you to achieve future goals. 

2. Gratitude is an important part of keeping progress in your life. Being positive about everything you have despite the challenges you face, can make a significant difference in how you keep going.
