Are you adjusting well to the changes brought by COVID 19? 

Change is known to be stressful. The Coronavirus is a call for change like none other. Recently I read some great articles with advice on how to adapt to change healthily, so I wanted to share. 

These articles are published in this issue of Contentment, a quarterly magazine of the American Institute of Stress (AIS). 

AIS is the authority in the field of stress- founded on recommendations of Hans Selye, who developed the theory of the Stress Syndrome (General Adaptation Syndrome). Today the institute is dedicated to bringing practical information to all on topics related to stress. Contentment is one of their publications. As an AIS fellow and contributing editor of this magazine, I write articles for this publication.
