It starts with you and who you are. But while with great ability, I have confidence that you can achieve anything that you want. But understand that as you embark upon that journey, if you don’t have the right foundation, it will be a great trouble to you and a danger to the whole fabric of the environment that you’ve laid for yourself. So why not put yourself and set yourself up for success with intention?” – Dr. Ian Brooks “Whatever you are facing, 90% of it is because of your response or your reaction to the situation. When you react with the knee jerk reaction, things start piling up and you’ll feel everything is out of your control. But actually, everything is happening because of your reaction to the situation. And in any moment, that is 90 percent of your things that are in your control based on how you react to it. And only 10 percent is what is out of your control.” – Dr. Rozina
