When I experienced an unexpected challenge in my life, I felt that life has come to a dead end. Looking back, I feel that the same experience turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I was practicing as a psychiatrist at that time but that experience led me to become an author of the best-selling book; “Stress To Joy.” This book was a product of my experience of facing great obstacles and using them as a platform to succeed.

What helped me move past the season of crisis and live a happy and purpose-filled life might help you too.
