In this weekly special, I shared a simple breathing exercise called Reverse Abdominal Breathing.

What is Reverse Abdominal Breathing?

This is a form of breathing that uses a slightly different approach. Breathing out first instead of breathing in first is the opposite of what is usually taught.

What are the benefits of Reverse Abdominal Breathing?

  1. Improves meditative state
  2. Boosts the immune system
  3. Ensures proper digestion
  4. Gets more oxygen into your body
  5. Enhances energy
