I recently interviewed Justin for my weekly live show, ‘Happy and Healthy Mind with Dr. Rozina.’ 

Justin Hayes is an author, a professor, and a career coach. He has survived and thrived despite severe Depression and Anxiety. Now he advocates for many as they begin their mental health journey and get ready to thrive again.
